The past few days I've been recounting a conversation I had with a friend in high school. I was driving us back to her house and at the opposite end of the road she lived on, I asked her "Don't you ever just want to keep going? Drive to the end of the road, turn and just go until you can't anymore?" She looked at me like I was crazy and told me, "No." Then she started to ask me tons of questions about what direction would I go in, where would I stay when I got tired, what about clothes and money? And I still had to fight the urge to drop her off at her house and do it anyway. Just go.

Today a different friend was dropping me off at the airport and I reflected it was the first time I'd ever flowing into and out of SFO during the same trip. She told me I'm a one way ticket kind of girl, which means I probably have trouble with committment.

I saw it more like I'm ready for adventure.
